Pros
I've worked here for about 10 months now and when I came I would have never thought that I would be part of such a great company. Everything about this place is family, communication on everyone's part is great ad the management here is always willing to help you expand and learn more about different products and sales tactics. I've had a lot of job offers since arriving at Kanopy but with the generous comp plans and the career paths they offer I haven't even bothered looking elsewhere. If you're looking to be a part of a company and a team that is always looking to further their name in the insurance industry this is the place to be.
Cons
Selling the same product can get tiring and repetitive at times but that's going to be the same wherever you go.
