The career path opportunities are highly motivating and clearly laid out. As an employee at Kanopy I have been able to truly tap into my talents and have been able to work with some very intelligent, highly motivated, focused managers who care very deeply about their people. I have on more than one occasion told previous coworkers from other jobs that they should apply to work for Kanopy. After working for Kanopy for almost a year I feel smarter, more polished, and an all around better employee.
Cons
The happy and energetic culture at Kanopy sometimes causes a loud environment in the office, causing it hard to stay focused. If you are a highly motivated and competitive individual you will need to keep your emotions and pride in check, and additionally keep a good work/life balance to avoid overworking yourself and possibly burning out. High velocity sales is not easy and can sometimes be stressful if that stress is not managed.
