Pros
The pay is ok, telework, they're relatively flexible. Lots of free food.
Cons
This is by far one of the most dysfunctional, toxic places I've EVER worked. Upper management makes drastic decisions any time the wind blows. Some of the middle management behaves in the most unprofessional manner I've had the displeasure of witnessing, and favoritism runs rampant here. Rules are bent for certain individuals, so long as you are buddies with management.
