Kajeet interview questions

Very long and drawn out. Their talent acquisition would only reply via LinkedIn chat. After in person interview was told I should hear back within the week. Week later they ask for another phone interview. I go into meeting and am immediately accused of lying on my resume even though every other meeting before this went perfectly fine. Doesn’t ask for references to verify resume just says this off their assumption, Super unprofessional but it was very obvious after the hiring manager said this was his first time hiring anyone, After that meeting even if they offered a position it would have been turned down.

Hiring process was quick and straight forward. After applying on Linkedin, was contacted by the Recruiter Michael Web. He took the initial screening (30mins). In a day or two asked availability for interview with the hiring manger. The next level interview was with hiring manager and a team member. Asked a few technical questions and behavioral and situational questions. Lasted an hour tops, a lil convo about the salary requirements (negotiations) and received an offer. The process took no more than 10 days.
