Pros
I've been with the company for about two months now in the Junior HR Executive role, and it’s been an interesting learning experience so far. The team is friendly and open to helping you grow, especially when it comes to learning HR processes like recruitment and employee relations. It's definitely a fast-paced environment, which is great for building experience quickly, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. Overall, a solid position for gaining foundational HR skills, but there are areas for improvement in terms of training and work-life balance.
Cons
One downside of the role is that weekends are often not guaranteed off, particularly Saturdays, which can impact work-life balance. Additionally, there are no extra benefits offered at this stage, which can make it feel like the compensation package isn’t as comprehensive as expected for this level of position.
