      Pros

      The company culture is hands down the best I've experienced in my 20 years of working. Hybrid work is available but management wants people in the office to collaborate in person.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit less than the competition. Unless you're an engineer you will have very little room to grow or change positions.

      Sometimes they are slow to make changes, but I see that they are trying to make changes.
