Pros
The work that comes in is very interesting, with lots of opportunities to learn. Good culture where you want to get to know your coworkers. Allows work from home. Good healthcare benefits and allows comp time for overtime.
Cons
Sometimes requires good amounts of overtime when things are busy. No real way to discern your place within the company due to only 4 real titles for engineers (which can take 10+ years to obtain).
