Pros
Flexible hours, overtime can be paid out at 1.0x or can be used as PTO. Diverse company with great people to work with. Projects are fun and can be high profile. Good culture, flat organization.
Cons
Salary may be lower than market value. Long hours can be expected. Flat organization may lead to uncertain career path. Hard workers are valued the same as people who drag their feet. There seems to be a lot of office politics and favoritism, but not more than any other company. Everyone is busy, it’s hard to get time and support. Some teams seem understaffed. Questionable management practices.
