For two days, employees can work from the office. Additionally, they have the flexibility to work overtime at a rate of one time their regular hourly wage. Overtime pay can be carried over and used as paid time off (PTO).

Gradual salary increments per year, coupled with stringent deadlines, are prevalent.

If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
