- Heavily monitored (8 hours standby in meeting room + share screening) - Not a place to learn & delevelop, only apply if you have good knowledge for the position - There is no other activities in the company besides working - Toxic behavior from managing director (emotional, moody, non-appreciative, not trusting to employee, calling out employee that made a mistake in front of other employees, demotivating employees, etc. )
