KKBC interview questions

HR was very responsive initially, but then ghosted me after claiming that I've got the job. First interview with HR, then a test, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then a reference check. However, after claiming that I've got the job and that they're in the process of issuing my work contract, and asking for my credentials & details, they ghosted me. No work contract, no updates. Now I'm wondering if it was a scam to get my personal details. Did I get an offer? Yes, verbally. But ghosted on the actual offer contract.
