Pros

1. Early career team members who are passionate about the company and its social mission 2. Free product shipments - while not monthly anymore, it’s still a really nice perk 3. Nice equity program if you got in at the right time 4. New CEO clearly in charge

Cons

1. Management turmoil - more than half the executive leadership team exited in the last few months, causing hope and lots of uncertainty 2. Unrealistic bonus targets - company continues to grow top line each year, but bonus targets are unachievable (haven’t had a full bonus in many years) 3. Chasing the share price - Mars deal was at an amazing share price, but this is now creating constant change and chaos to strive for a very high share price during deal time frame 4. Constant exodus of early career and mid-level employees is disheartening - turnover has been incredibly high in this time of change
