KIND interview questions

It was very standard and lasted one hour. There were two people interviewing. It took some time to hear back from them, but not untypical of other organizations. The HR team was not very involved and just facilitated the process.

I spent over a month interviewing for the position and made it to the final round just to get ghosted with no communication afterwards. Otherwise, the team was very nice, but I'm disappointed in the communication efforts for job candidates.
