Pros
I've been at KIND since graduating college. I feel really fortunate to have landed at a company whose brand, mission, values and product align with my own values. I am really proud of the products that we put out and the social impact that we have in our communities. The company has grown tremendously in my 5+ years. It has been an amazing experience to be a part of building the brand and company. I have also had the opportunity to grow with the company and learn a ton.
One of my favorite parts about working at KIND is the people. The people are really friendly, caring, collaborative, supportive, and willing to help. I've made great friends at KIND, and have had the opportunity to learn from team members in a variety of departments who were willing to spend time to help me learn a new skill or understand a new concept.
Cons
Because the company has grown so quickly in my 5 years, there are always growing pains (like space constraints) as we hustle to keep up with the growth.
