      Varied work, good colleagues, good burger van opposite in Sainsbury's car park...

      Cons

      Badly managed, Poor strategy. Limited recognition for sustained effort/success. Remote from corporate centre. Appalling HR response to bullying management style, no flexibility or consideration for temporary family difficulty or childcare.
