Pros
Management is very invested in developing people and retention. There is a culture of avoiding micromanagement and taking care of your own. They made a big push 5-10 years ago to hire more young people, and especially women, which has been fairly successful, and most of the account executives seem behind this initiative. Great benefits, and my supervisors have always been supportive if I came to them with client related issues.
Cons
Like any DoD contractor, results may vary depending on your client. As we all know, some clients are more difficult than others, KBR was supportive as much as they could be, but sometimes managing internal issues on the client side can be a royal pain.
