      *It's a very independent position so you can work at your own speed

      Cons

      *Benefits are laughable *I'm on my 3rd manager in just a year span so far. That shows you how long people want to stay here. *Has no idea what is happening over on base. * Civilian workers esentially rule you and treat you like absolute crap.

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
