- smart people - competitve salary - very structured for such a company that is only 3 years old - interesting product with a lot of potential - freedom and flexibility - transparency

Cons

- not for everyone! startups involve a lot of hands on work, commitment and flexibility - need female engineers

Pros

Freedom to do your job in the way you see fit, as long as you deliver results.

Cons

Toxic leadership and constant changes without warning. High personnel turnover and a false image of being tolerant to differing opinions. Somwhat low on gender diversity. Low bonding between departments drives unnecessary conflicts.
