Pros

The only good thing was the people who I met at my very short stay with the company.

Cons

I was made redundant after two weeks of starting my job which was horrific. After multiple interviews and waiting to start to be let go so quickly really showed the companies true colours. They get you in the door with all the perks they offer but get rid of people like they’re nothing, I knew a few more people made redundant in my short time. Even the team I was on seen the company was going downhill and were worried about their own security but as I was let go so quick I’ve had no communication with any of them again. Juni, do better!

We are sincerely sorry that this was the experience that you had with Juni and of course, this was not the outcome we were hoping for. To add context, we had a shift in strategy and business priorities in the midst of economic uncertainty, and we had to make the very difficult decision to make a few roles redundant. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and if you ever want to continue the conversation, please reach out to peopleops@juni.co.

Pros

Freedom to do your job in the way you see fit, as long as you deliver results.

Cons

Toxic leadership and constant changes without warning. High personnel turnover and a false image of being tolerant to differing opinions. Somwhat low on gender diversity. Low bonding between departments drives unnecessary conflicts.
