Pros
- Things move very fast. My first 2 interviews took place within 48 hours of applying which I was pretty impressed with. - You have autonomy to take projects on and run with them - The wider team is exceptionally talented. People are genuine experts in their field - Fully flexible working means you're free to work however suits you - Company values are enacted throughout - you're encouraged to be candid with feedback and to overcome any blockers - I'm yet to meet an employee I don't like which is very rare. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and very helpful - The company has a great product vision and huge potential in an enormous market
Cons
- Being fully remote means you miss out on the office environment and can spend a lot of time on Zoom - Despite company size and funds raised, the product is still relatively early stage so there is loads to do
