Pros

Met some of the best people while working here. The store environment itself is very laidback.

Cons

Upper management is very cliquey. If they decide they don’t like you for whatever reason then you likely won’t be treated very well. Commission is very much based on your store location and the pay is not great. Upper management will put on the act to pretend they’re here to help you, when in reality they often do not have your best interest in mind.

Pros

Meeting interesting people, employee discount & 2k/week checks during Xmas

Cons

Extremely high standards & favoritism. If the upper-management in the district like you, they’ll do anything they can to see that you succeed. If they don’t like you, they’ll do everything they can to bring you down.
