      Great values, great aspirations, lovely people to work alongside.

      Cons

      Extremely slow decision making Senior management available in person but disconnected, direction setting, vision and decision making lacks to a point that departments are left without direction/strategic purpose for years.

      Pros

      Flexible, hybrid working, good organisational values.

      Cons

      Not being as good an employer as they make out on paper. I think some culture training would be good to ensure people are living the good values of the company while at work, such as compassion, integrity and inclusivity.
