Joseph Rowntree interview questions

Involved discussing experience in project management, problem solving abilities, leadership skills, understanding of social issues, and how I can contribute to their goal of social change and impact. Was also asked some team compatibility questions.

It was a teams interview with two members of staff where they asked me a variety of situational and competency questions. It was an audio interview only which came after me submitting an online form and CV.
