Pros
The company were flexible with hours and the customer base was reliable and friendly, mostly tasks were not too difficult and interaction with animals kept things bearable.
Cons
The management would often delegate tasks and then return to the office and sit on social media, many double standards. The amount of lifting of heavy bags was absolutely ridiculous, borderline illegal. some shifts were 6 and a half hour without any break and toilet breaks were often begrudged.
