-Easy work - not overly complicated. -Consistent flow of work -Good immediate team members and stakeholders.

-Lack of care, consideration or appreciation of employees. C-Suite requires on site availability but are rarely seen in the office or getting to know you unless they are showing around investors. -Zero growth in terms of movement or financial -Zero reward for doubling the business ops 50% and then reprimanded for not maintaining same pace -Leaned out teams with zero backfills (burn you into the ground) -Lack of leadership/experienced leaders -Motivates team with fear (constant state of stress) -Constant urge to "bring new ideas" as entry level role but no leadership to mentor you or collaborate with you
