Pros

Coworkers are nice. Clean office.

Cons

Leadership does not know to support a team. Corporate leadership consistently fails to communicate and live up the full transpercy they expect from you. Very little training offered that will allow you to be successful in your role from the corporate office to the donation centers. Most employees are over worked and overwhelmed with vary little support from corporate leadership. Most managers have no idea what they’re doing because training is severely lacking across the board. They pay is not nearly high enough to compare to what will be required of you. Very much start up culture in the worst way. Like they did the bare minimum of research on how to efficiently run a company before they started one. Systems and policies are an absolute mess and often contradictory. Benefits leave MUCH to be desired and are basically non existent. Far less sick time or pto as most companies are able to offer. Insanely expensive insurance that is also fairly useless. Since it it such a stressful and toxic work environment, staff is ALWAYS short so expect to work overtime doing at least 5 peoples jobs with no overtime pay and not so much as a thank you.

Pros

Snacks in break room (sometimes) otherwise not an iota of positivity.

Cons

Super woke company that doesn’t give a roasted cowpie about its employees. Don’t apply here unless you’re ready to work every holiday, fight to get paid on time, and constantly have to defend yourself from besides the point nonsense. The company has tons of OSHA violations at every center, but will write you up for the smallest of infractions, then use those write ups against you during performance reviews to prevent you from getting raises. 60% of the plasma collected can’t be used for “life saving medication” because they accept plasma from diseased and drug addicted individuals. All in all, one of the nastiest, most toxic working experiences I’ve ever had. All 5 star reviews here are fake, and are from the shills working at the corporate office getting paid 6 figures to ignore your calls. They also contested my unemployment after terminating me and lost at the TWC appeal tribunal mostly due to botching the termination paperwork, so at least I got some free money for my troubles. Couldn’t rate it less than 1 star. Would love to see this company drown.
