Pros
Johnson Health Tech (Cottage Grove) is a challenging, fast-paced and fun place to work if you are the type of person that enjoys the work you do, pushes for constant improvement and has strong self-direction!
The epicenter of my experience at Johnson Health Tech comes from working in the Industrial Design department, working closely with Engineering, IT, Industrial Design and interfacing, Marketing, HR.
My own experience at Johnson Health Tech has been a net positive, but I've only ever worked in the Industrial Design department. Full, on-site gym is a great perk as well!
Cons
Some of the operations need more refinement in workflow, process and planning.
Upper management can be a little bit cliquey. Too much office politics at times as opposed to being company success oriented. I'd like to have seen more continuous improvement at the company. Some of the "If it's not broken, don't fix it" mentality should be replaced with "How can we make workflows and processes better?"
