At Joblogic, our goal is to build an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to thrive. Feedback such as yours is taken very seriously as it helps us to understand where we need to improve. While many of our employees share positive experiences, we also recognise that no workplace is perfect and we are committed to listening and making changes where they are needed.
We are particularly concerned to hear that you felt under pressure and not supported. This is not the experience we want for any member of our team. We are continuing to strengthen communication, improve opportunities for development and ensure that all colleagues, wherever they are based, feel respected and empowered.
