      You are able to grow close with coworkers in your department/service area, and I have heard/individually experienced that working relationships within an individual department are supportive, collaborative, and based in empathy

      Cons

      There is a big disconnect between the exec team (and their so-called dedication to DEI initiatives) and the experiences/input of the staff that actually work with people who are in need/accessing services

      Pros

      Great team of people to work with, everyone supports each other. Great company; compassionate, self-care minded, flexible schedules, passionate about helping refugees and the work they do.

      Cons

      Area of office location (Kent) not so great, but office itself is really nice! Commuting to this area can be challenging.
