Good hard working and dedicated employees that management don’t take care of

Most managers are toxic and bullies some branches have a huge turnover managers at the Fredericksburg location are the worst they don’t know how to talk to a person and overwork their employees and schedules are horrible upper management doesn’t seem to care this bank does NOT promote within they do not look into their loyal employees they hire from the outside
