Jefferson Bank interview questions

I went through an initial phone call interview where they asked me basic questions like what I liked about the company, how I could contribute, etc. Then I advanced to a second in person interview and they asked me more detailed questions like past experiences and situational questions. Overall was a easy interview as long as you are prepared.

I applied online. After a few days, I was asked to come into the office for a test on how to write a procedure. After I had completed that test, within a few weeks, I was contacted again to meet for an interview. When I was taken back into an office for my interview, one of the woman interviewing me fell asleep during my interview. It took HR about 1-1.5 months to get back with me to advise me that I did not get chosen. I was supposed to hear back about the reasoning but was never contacted again. I do have to say this, the HR rep that was my POC was very professional and went the extra mile to contact me with updates about the process. All in all, it was an interesting experience.
