Pros
ability to learn equipment calibration, relaxed atmosphere, everyone in my particular lab works very well together and does what needs to be done to complete a job and help others succeed in calibration.
Cons
Horrible benefits, minimal holidays, no adhered to review schedule, only 1 week of vacation time, supposed to be 5 labs comprising JM Test which would sound like a nice solid team environment but each lab is only out for itself instead of working as "JM Test", corporate management is a joke, trying to build a huge company with "management" who are only there because they are family. Not because they are competent and knowledgeable.
