Working with and helping customers.

Cons

Now private equity owned. Management is terrible. They are leveraged against investors and the bank. Dollars are all they care about now. Revenue goals are impossible to hit. The company is growing faster than they can handle and they are not fixing the operational issues along the way.

Poorly ran, lack of structure and leadership. When there is no structure a company can’t last long. The unfortunate part is no one is making changes. If you have other choices, I would suggest look elsewhere. Peace of mind is more important.
