Friendly group, access to members of all levels of seniority. Always felt comfortable asking anyone questions about products, assignments, or just finance/life in general. The group is serious and hardworking, with seniors coming from BB/AM/PE, but does not have the cutthroat culture associated with such shops. Provided a fantastic general intro to all aspects of finance/banking in a laid back culture.

Summer is very slow. It's a seasonal environment, and the work comes in waves. There can be a lot of downtime for interns.
