Pros
Lovely people for the most part, open to change and progression where available. Promote people development and a social, friendly environment. There isn't an excessive amount of pressure to work long hours regularly but differs from department. Great office facilities, and perfect for the active who enjoy a lunch time run.
Cons
Despite openness to change, there are hurdles and many opinions in the way. Working from home is becoming more acceptable again differs from team, there should be a fair and consistent approach.
