Pros

The office space is outstanding and could not be in a better location. Who wouldn't want to live on an island? Great food all around and a great place to bring a family. We were able to work from home some days which was nice if you are under the weather. Health Benefits and time off was better than most. Coffee, Coffee, Coffee. There were always snacks. The lead management had a good creative vision.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement just to be moved around once someone quits. Nasty emails and rudeness was a regular occurrence. The time off was flexible but it was never really time off, even if requested way in advanced we would still have to work constantly. Family vacations were always overshadowed by a more than needy leader. I am not bitter just glad I left when I did because many others followed and I'm sure will continue. The employee turnover is off the charts. The person in charge would say one thing then act a completely different way. Hid behind emails. The culture was awful because "being nice" and "helping others" was stressed by management but they never reflected it. You were always afraid to make a little mistake because of what the reaction would be. Profanity was used regularly and they consider themselves a faith based company. Management would act one way towards their employees then be a completely different person around the person who owned the business. There was a back stabbing environment because of how on edge senior management made everyone feel, people would constantly throw others under the bus. There were some employees that worked in other states that had the better end of the deal, if you were in the St. Simons office you were doomed for failure or to hate your job. Senior management thought running household errands for them or taking care of their kids was a part of the job. Bipolar would describe them best, you never knew how the mood would be or the reaction to things. Once someone quit or was let go there would be lots of negative talk about them no matter what the reason for leaving was, nothing was ever said in a good light. The employees are extremely overworked and making way below the industry standard. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of working here to reconsider.

Pros

Kind, hard-working people with good leaders.

Cons

The pay is less than you might find elsewhere for a person's skills and salary ranges vary greatly between whichever team you are on (creative, accounts, digital, etc), and you will be expected to work 45 hours per week on average (sometimes much more)
