I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JDA Worldwide (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
1. Predictive Index Assessment online. 2. Initial HR personnel video interview. 3. Long followup video interview with creative leadership (who were very friendly and professional) about a week later. 4. Required a significant amount of creative comp work due in just 3 days after interview for skills and leadership assessment which I exceeded the requirements for. 5. Multiple emails with positive feedback from leadership on the submitted creative work. 6. Fairly standard rejection email from HR within a day or two.
Noticed it was 3-4 months later till JDA did hire someone which makes a 3 day deadline for a significant amount of required creative work a BIG ask which can leave a negative impression on working there as a creative. If I had to speculate, the final decision had something going on beyond the creative leadership I interviewed with. The initial HR interviewer told me they had been searching for this role for at least 6 months to a year. So about a year or more to fill an Art Director role? That's insightful.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JDA Worldwide (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2018
Interview
One in person interview. Took forever to get back to me and kept pushing the deadline back for when I would hear back from them. Very unprofessional and unorganized. The people that work there seem very nice but also one thing to keep in mind is that there are 50 employees but it’s spread out over three locations.
