      Pros

      Flexible scheduling as long as you made up the time. Complete autonomy over portfolio/caseload management. No one notices if you only work the minimum.

      Cons

      Laughable low attorney pay for the market. Little management/mentoring of new attorney. Was sent to court on my own after shadowing one CMC. Competent employees are rewarded with more work for no additional pay. No communication from Partners/management unless you're in the inner circle. Layoffs began in 2014. Firm split in 2015. Former partners embroiled in lawsuit. Fear/uncertainty rampant. Unquestionable loyalty expected but not reciprocated. Not a smart career commitment.

      Pros

      Schedule is kind of flexible but still doesn't fit mom's who have kids in school.

      Cons

      Poor pay for what they expect done. Barely any training, annoyed coworkers when you ask questions. The office is full of backbiting people. The whole place needs restructured.
