Pros

The exposure to highly confidential legal work, direct interaction with judges, and the opportunity to develop strong personal organizational and communication/documentation skills made this a very valuable experience. Cons

The office environment was at times challenging due to inconsistent management structure, unclear role boundaries, and uneven distribution of responsibilities. There were periods where expectations expanded without corresponding support, recognition or compensation, which made the role difficult to sustain long-term.
