Cons
Wages are very low. Engineers deserve more than $15/hour starting pay. You will be micromanaged by your supervisor or the owner sitting at your desk for hours at a time. “Do this. Now do that. Click over here…” Nobody has the stones to tell the company owner that he has terrible business ideas that cost too much, take too long, and serve no purpose. The owner can’t keep his alt-right politics out of daily office life. He will drive you mad.
