      Fairly easy-going place to work

      No direction, poor management, pet projects that are expensive that go nowhere, out of money, failing, low compensation, little advancement opportunities Likely a shell of itself in a year

      Most of the people are nice

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, i was given far below average pay for my position, even just considering Yakima I got divorced while working here and the CEO felt the need to come in and make fun of me for it at least once a week Personally the management either criticized or patronized me and gave me nonsensical requests and would not listen to reason I was almost never given any guidance or direction
