Good jobs, nice people to work with.

Management is not the best and neither is planning jobs. Either behind or way ahead of schedule.

They will pay the "in crowd" a good wage, but will look past others if they don't sing the same tune.

New leadership has an agenda to benefit themselves and are hurting the Irwin reputation. Many good workers are getting looked past, pushed out or let go if they don't see eye to eye with new direction.
