Startup environment and opportunity to have a high impact on the company through your work, but with a solid management team and global presence that gives you the structure and support that you need. Great staff, great opportunity to network in the tech community in Miami and Spain.
Cons
Need to take on a lot of responsibilities that are not in your job description and distract you from your actual work , but that is normal in any startup environment.
