- Amazing team, great people - One of the CEOs is a brilliant people-leader and great to work for - Your personal life + time are respected - Great remote-first culture

Cons

- Although your personal time is respected, what we're expected to do in our work hours is very frustrating. We feel like we're not set up to succeed. We have the knowledge and the desire to do a great job, but we can't. - Too many visions and too many strategies, we're not all moving in the same direction - Fewer people + fewer resources + lower budget + impossible timelines + higher targets = burnout
