Pros

New office. The old office was in a horrible area. Syringe needles outside of the front door and lots of dodging homeless people on drugs in the street adjoined to the garage. Multiple robberies.

Cons

- Sales team dynamic is poor. Lots of scolding out in the open. - Unethical leadership - CEO has a closed door policy and there are no doors. - Turnover at an all time high because of how people are treated. - Lots of criticizing behind employees back - Product needs a lot of work. - No management over your own deals. - People are "promoted" and then let go oddly quick because they couldn't "handle the job". - No one has time for you. Collaboration at an all time low, especially between LE's and Sales. - If you even have a decent sized deal, you do not own it, management does and then they scold your client and then your deal is postponed. - No longer legal for legal. - Overpromising - Voted worst place to work by any former employee I've spoken to - Leadership has terrible reputations - ask around before you interview.

I'm sorry but this review is just not true. We are constantly working to improve as an organization and value constructive feedback. When we receive it, we take it to heart. But I have to stand up for the team when I see so many untrue and mean-spirited things written in this review. Honestly a fantastic place to work, great benefits, generous PTO, incredibly smart and driven colleagues on every single team. Tons of opportunity to do your best work and have real impact on the company.

Cons

with new leadership, the culture has shifted a lot -- Ironclad has lost that nimble startup feel and feels way more corporate and siloed now. Plus, because we've grown so fast, the internal tools and systems are definitely feeling those classic scaling pains, so there's a bit of a lag between our backend infrastructure and how fast the product team is pushing out new AI features.

Strong product and leadership. Great culture with collaborative teammates and ability to move up in the company.

Cons

A lot of micro lately on pipegen with dedicated prospecting days and leaderboards highlighting outbound performance creating a lot of pressure on sellers. Challenges with product gaps. CLM market is incredibly saturated and our premium cost makes it difficult to compete when we’re close to parity with the market.
