Pros
Well regarded company. Research products and client service are better than most competitors offer. Become an expert in ad tracking and brand equity.
Cons
They don't encourage creativity. Only have a few products/models which are used over and over again. Feel stagnant after a while. Slow to promote, entry level is not exposed to enough research work.
