Pros

-Great company to start at after graduating college -Currently remote for the most part (is expected to change) - Easy to move up

Cons

- Upper management tends be very disorganized. Deliverables on their end almost always need to be fixed. Can be very time consuming. -Very tight deadlines (often due to client and upper management’s lack of planning), which often puts more stress on operational teams. -Multiple structural changes. I have switched multiple teams. Big con if you are someone who is looking to be promoted since you are constantly changing managers (aka fresh start). -Management can be micromanagers. -Project Manager route does not have a lot of options for moving up (account managers can move up to a senior role, then director, then vice president). However, for project managers, it feels like the highest level would be senior project managers. Kind of makes me wish I took the Account Manger Route. -Not enough team members for the amount of studies going around. Can lead to periods where workers are drastically overwhelmed. -Office is pushing for employees to go back into office. Not the best idea considering the amount of time people take to commute back and forth and the increased likelihood of needing to stay later for work. Not family friendly or even mental health friendly. - Mental health has been declining for me personally in the last year. Ipsos was once a great company, but it seems like they have doubled down on their values. - Very little diversity

Pros

Plenty of opportunities and various locations

Cons

You work your tail off using gas, mileage, time, energy, tolls, and consistent but the authenticator who sit in the comfort of their home find any and everything wrong with the survey you fill out. Then, you don't get paid. Their portal that you are supposed to use while on location has connectivity issues or whatever reason they decide to blame it on. So far, I've lost $500.00 with this company. There are many other mystery shopping companies who don't try to cheat you out of money. If I had to guess, they use your pictures and get THEIR money but won't pay their contractors. I would suggest shopping for any other company besides Ipsos!
