Pros
Awesome people, great camaraderie. Interesting work. Great perks to improve company culture. Good learnings.
Cons
Obscene work hours. You are expected to work evenings, weekends, holidays, vacations even though your reviews chide you for doing that. Management doesn't listen to employees. Promotions are SLOW and happen only under threat of leaving.
