Pros

Well-known company, particularly with Covid-19 and polls. Train you up as a graduate including MRS Advanced Certificate. Work on interesting studies for big name clients.

Cons

Low pay and lots of overtime. Expected to work 40-60 hours per week and only paid for 35. Awful and anxiety inducing Personal Development Reviews (PDRs) twice a year where everyone you work with gives their opinion about you and how well/bad you're doing your job. Very hierarchal and directors will tell you to 'give them the respect they deserve', treating you as if you're all on the same level (/ "all in it together") but actually you're on a quarter of their salary. HR boast about things they do for mental health but fail to address the problems causing it.
