Pros
1) Many bright and interesting people work there 2) Company leadership has a good strategic view of how a large company such as Ipsos can play in the current and future market research field 3) I learned a lot while I was there
Cons
1) One of the most political places I have ever worked -- lots of in-fighting and a culture that seems to not just allow but even encourages bad-mouthing of other colleagues 2) Appallingly weak in its operations 3) Extremely siloed so often seems like right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing
